Rafael has extensive experience in Corporate Law, with a focus on negotiating and reviewing highly complex contracts, corporate and corporate governance matters, structuring projects in Brazil and abroad — including cross-border transactions — and expanding the operations of domestic and international clients in Brazil and other Latin American countries.

He holds a master’s degree in Commercial Law and advises publicly and privately held companies, as well as medium and large-sized limited liability companies, operating in various sectors of the economy, including technology, infrastructure, data centers, automotive, food, and energy.

His practice also covers Banking and Financial Law, with experience advising financial institutions, payment institutions, and fintech companies on regulatory, contractual, and corporate matters, including the interpretation and application of regulations issued by the Central Bank of Brazil.
